eCAR is an application that helps the client to create a ‘Capital Appropriation Request’ that includes all the details about the CAR. A particular CAR, once submitted to the flow goes through different steps for review, where reviewers can approve/decline/resubmit the CAR.

• To architecture the object models to meet the challenging requirement of generating dynamic Routes for eCAR Reviewal
• Client Interaction and ensuring complete understanding of Requirements
